Timber Framed Modular Housing

Our homes are manufactured under factory controlled conditions and are delivered complete with all internal and external finishes, ready for assembly. Unlike other modular buildings, our homes can be transported and installed without the need for expensive cranes. Once the homes have arrived onsite, they are assembled and connected to services quickly and easily within 48 hours by our own team of specialists.

We offer four main designs however our flexible solution provides innumerable layouts and styles. Viridis Homes will also translate any of your own architectural plans into a modular solution. All homes are supplied with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty and, if required, also qualify for an insurance-backed, independent 10 year warranty, providing standard site developments conditions are met.

Our future proof design meets and exceeds all CSH requirements and our Level 5 home is an impressive 84.16% towards being carbon neutral. This compares with a typical entry-level standard built home rated at Level 1 and only around 10% towards being carbon neutral.
