Viridis Homes have drawn on decades of experience and a comprehensive knowledge of the accommodation market to produce timber framed modular houses which will serve as a sustainable solution to the UK’s housing crisis. This unique range of houses has been specifically designed with Registered Social Landlords in mind and each house complies with the Code for Sustainable Homes Levels 3, 4 and 5, LANTAC building regulations and Housing Quality Indicators. The ‘future proof’ design of our homes meets and exceeds all of the current optional policies and mandatory building regulations, therefore ensuring that our products can be suited to any RSL's requirements.

Each of our homes have been carefully designed and precision built to be functional, versatile, durable and extremely strong. Their design combines all the performance of a permanent structure with the advantages of a modular building whilst incorporating an eco-friendly design emphasising on renewable resources.
